Please read our refund terms: Completed Rides – Fares for completed trips are non-refundable.

 

Cancellations – If you cancel before the driver is on the way, no charge will apply. If the driver is already on the way or waiting, a call-out/cancellation fee may apply.

 

Overpayment – If you are charged incorrectly or overcharged due to error, a refund will be processed promptly.

 

Disputes – If you believe you were wrongly charged, please contact us within 7 days with trip details.

 

Refund Method – Approved refunds will be returned using the original payment method.
